Shetland Livestock Marketing Group in conjunction with Aberdeen & Northern Marts had 1328 lambs at their sale of Friday 8th September.

All classes upheld last weeks’ prices and with these lambs sold “at home”, not only have vendors saved shipping and haulage charges but were shown for sale in better bloom.  Prime and conditioned lambs were scarce and met a ready market to local butchers.
